At Globetrotwear, we strive to provide high-quality customized products that our customers love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our Return & Refund Policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for your orders.

1. Custom Products:

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are correctly produced and delivered. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before placing your order.

However, in the event of an issue related to quality or order fulfillment, we’re happy to offer solutions as outlined below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement for damaged or defective products, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@globetrotwear.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Include photos of the defective product, packaging, and any damage to assist us in resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

Once we review your request, if approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

3. Incorrect Orders :

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us at info@globetrotwear.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

4. Order Modifications or Cancellations:

Since all items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once the production process has begun. Please double-check your order details, including customization options, before completing your purchase.

5. Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • An order was incorrectly fulfilled.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Shipping Returns:

If a return or exchange is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us. Please do not send the item back without first receiving approval from our team. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
